Workflow

Intake. Capture scope, roles, jurisdiction, work method, and unknowns.
Evidence. Separate confirmed project facts from assumptions and conditional controls.
Generate. Produce the document through a controlled template and generator path.
Validate. Check placeholders, HRCW selection, legal metadata, task logic, hold points, and risk codes.
Review. Use read-only agent gates before a human release decision.

Anti-Hallucination / Anti-Slop Loop

The public story is stronger when the control loop is visible: AI output is treated as a draft signal, not a fact source. Unknowns are quarantined, unsupported claims are routed back to intake, and only evidence-backed content reaches validation and release gates.

Private generated DOCX packages follow a controlled sequence and versioning path.

Validation Record

Validators check required metadata, placeholders, HRCW reasoning, and release blockers.

Review Packet

Read-only packets support mechanical verification and WHS judgement gates.

Privacy Boundary

This public repo contains only documentation, static HTML, and a synthetic diagram. It excludes production source code, client records, site addresses, generated outputs, photos, PDFs, DOCX/XLSX files, logs, secrets, deployment config, and private git history.

Status

This is a public showcase for the workflow design. It is not a legal template, production application, or source release. The reusable prompt captures the pattern for publishing other sanitized showcase repositories.
